1669 is the general emergency hotline in Thailand for health/accident/injury medical response.

Through this number you will be able to have an ambulance dispatched. "they say" that approximate response time is 10 minutes for cities and 30 minutes from rural areas. There is English speaking staff available when you place your call for emergency services.
